Thank you for your continued support. DEVELOPTONIA Co., Ltd. was certified as an Ibaraki University venture as of March 28, 2024. Since November 2023, we have been conducting joint research with Professor Hiroyuki Niino of Ibaraki University to solve technical challenges in generative AI. We are primarily focused on the following technologies:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) This technology collects information using search functions and generates text based on that information. It may not work well when there are many long chunks (blocks of data) to be searched in multiple locations.
Recursive Abstractive Processing for Tree-Organized Retrieval (RAPTOR) This technology is an evolution of RAG, which clusters chunks and reconstructs the summaries of each cluster as higher-level chunks. By repeating this process, a tree structure of chunks can be built, making it possible to summarize large texts more accurately.
Utilizing these advanced technologies, we are generating business reports based on information collected from unique news sites in various countries. We will continue to deepen our collaboration with Ibaraki University and respond to the diverse needs of our customers through services that leverage our research achievements.
