KiAI Inc. (Headquarters: Hitachi, Ibaraki; CEO: Kazumasa Oba) is pleased to announce the official launch of “Trst,” a global expansion execution service for small and medium-sized manufacturers, effective April 1, 2026.
Trst is Japan’s first overseas sales execution service that integrates AI-driven corporate research and multilingual outreach with the global network of local land operators provided by IACE Travel Inc.
Although Japanese SMEs possess world-class technologies, many struggle to take the first step toward global expansion due to difficulties in identifying trustworthy overseas partners and verifying local business realities. Trst addresses these challenges by combining automated AI processes—such as company selection, multilingual email generation, and response analysis—with on-site verification (negative checks) conducted by local operators.
This approach enables SMEs to begin overseas outreach as early as the day after contract signing, while ensuring the reliability of potential partners—something that cannot be achieved through online research alone.
