当社は、株式会社ANOBAKAを主たる引受先とするJ-KISS型新株予約権を発行し、プレシードラウンドの資金調達を実施しました。この資金により、生成AIを活用した「KiAI」という新サービスの開発および提供を開始いたしました。
「KiAI」は、途上国・新興国のビジネス情報収集サービスです。新興国・途上国のニュースヘッドラインをタイムリーに生成・提供し、さらにAIがビジネス分析レポートとしてまとめます。
今後はサービスの精度向上と機能改善を図り、途上国や新興国に進出する企業に対してさらに多くのサポートを提供する予定です。

Our company issued J-KISS type stock acquisition rights with ANOBAKA Co., Ltd. as the main underwriter and completed pre-seed round fundraising. With this funding, we have started the development and provision of a new service called “KiAI” which utilizes generative AI.
