KiAI、IACEトラベルと業務提携を締結 ― 旅行業の資産を活用した海外ビジネス調査を本格展開
～ランドオペレーター網×AIで中小企業の海外進出コストを大幅削減～
株式会社KiAI（本社：茨城県、代表取締役：大場一雅）は、株式会社IACEトラベル（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長執行役員：西澤重治、証券コード：343A）と、海外展開支援に関する業務提携を締結したことをお知らせいたします。
本提携により、IACEトラベルが長年にわたり構築してきた世界各地のランドオペレーター・ネットワークと、KiAIが有するAIを活用した海外マーケットインテリジェンス技術を組み合わせ、日本の中小企業が直面する「現地企業の実態把握の困難さ」「高額な調査コスト」「信頼できる情報不足」といった課題の解決を目指します。
本業務提携に先立ち、両社は2025年12月にベトナム・ホーチミンにて、ランドオペレーター網を活用した海外企業調査の実証実験を実施しました。その結果、現地企業の実在性や営業実態を短期間で確認できること、従来手法と比べて調査コストを大幅に削減できること、そして同様のモデルが他国・地域にも展開可能であることを確認しました。なお、本実証実験は、総務省が主導する日本版SBIR制度「ICTスタートアップリーグ」採択事業の一環として行われました。
今後は、KiAIが2026年半ばに提供開始予定の中小企業向け海外展開支援プラットフォーム「Trst」と連携し、AIによる市場分析と、ランドオペレーターによる実地確認を融合した新たな海外ビジネス支援サービスを段階的に展開してまいります。両社は本提携を通じ、旅行業の枠を超え、日本企業の持続的な海外成長を支える社会的インフラの構築に貢献してまいります。
KiAI Inc. (Headquarters: Ibaraki, Japan; CEO: Kazumasa Oba) announces a strategic business partnership with IACE Travel Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Shigeharu Nishizawa; TSE Code: 343A).
Through this partnership, KiAI combines its AI-driven overseas market intelligence technology with IACE Travel’s extensive global network of local operators. Together, the two companies aim to address key challenges faced by Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises when expanding overseas, including difficulties in verifying local companies, high research costs, and the lack of reliable on-the-ground information.
Prior to the formal partnership, the two companies conducted a proof-of-concept pilot in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in December 2025. The pilot demonstrated that local company existence and operational status could be verified quickly and at significantly lower cost than conventional methods, while also confirming the scalability of this model to other countries and regions. This pilot was conducted as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ ICT Startup League program, Japan’s SBIR-style initiative.
Looking ahead, the partnership will be further strengthened through integration with KiAI’s upcoming SME-focused overseas expansion platform “Trst,” scheduled for launch in mid-2026. By combining AI-based digital analysis with real-world verification through local operators, KiAI and IACE Travel will jointly deliver a new generation of reliable, cost-effective global business intelligence services, contributing to the sustainable international growth of Japanese companies.
