KiAI、東京都主催「VISIONING VOICE #146」に出演 ― 地域企業の海外展開を支援するAIサービス「Trst」を紹介

株式会社KiAI（本社：茨城県日立市、代表取締役CEO：大場一雅）は、東京都が運営するスタートアップ支援拠点「NEXs Tokyo」が主催するインタビュー番組「VISIONING VOICE #146」に出演したことをお知らせいたします。本番組は、国内外への広域展開に挑むスタートアップの“カクシン（核心・革新・確信）”に迫り、次のステージを目指す企業の想いと戦略を深掘りする企画です。
今回の出演では、地域企業を世界市場へ導く海外展開支援AIサービス「Trst（トラスト）」をテーマに、代表の大場が起業の背景、事業の特徴、そして今後の展望について語りました。Trstは、AIによる高速リサーチと現地ネットワークを組み合わせることで、中小製造業が抱える「海外市場の情報不足」「言語の壁」「人手不足」といった課題を解消し、最小コストでの販路開拓を実現するサービスです。
番組内では、世界銀行グループIFC、OECD、在米日本大使館などでの15年間のエコノミスト経験を活かした独自の分析アプローチや、地域企業の強みを世界市場に届けるための実践的な支援モデルについて紹介しました。また、今後の広域連携に向けて「出会いたいパートナー像」についても言及し、自治体との協働の可能性を広げる機会となりました。

The program explores the “three convictions” of startups—core, innovation, and confidence—as they aim for their next stage of growth.
In this episode, Mr. Oba discussed KiAI’s AI-powered overseas expansion support service “Trst,” which helps local manufacturers enter global markets by combining rapid AI research with local networks. Trst addresses key challenges faced by Japanese SMEs, including limited market information, language barriers, and labor shortages, enabling cost-efficient market entry.
Mr. Oba also shared insights from his 15 years of experience as an economist at the World Bank Group IFC, OECD, and the Embassy of Japan in the U.S., introducing KiAI’s analytical approach and practical support model for bringing regional technologies to the world. He further spoke about potential partnerships with municipalities and organizations to strengthen regional collaboration.
